You can surf and add products to the cart without Signing in but only Login customers will be able to checkout and place orders. Individuals have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different addresses you need to place them as separate orders.

You can pay for your order on Clarion farming app using the following modes of payment: a. Cash on delivery (COD) b. UPI/ debit /credit card payments

There is no VAT, GST for fresh fruits & vegetables.

The Clarion Farming Wallet is associated with your app account. When the order is cancelled after your payment its respective amount is credited to the wallet. You can use this amount in the wallet for further purchases in the app.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) you will be informed before.

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you select the desired address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

You can change your delivery address by clicking on "Profile" at the left-hand corner options and do click "Update" to change your delivery address & to save other changes in your Profile. But once the order is placed, you can’t change the delivery address.

Here we provide same day delivery if the order is placed before 12 noon and the delivery time slot provided will be 3 pm to 7 pm. If the order is placed after 12 noon, the delivery slot provided will be on next day from 9 am to 12 pm.

Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, the item can be cancelled, but the total amount for the order should not be below min order quantity and it cannot be cancelled after the order is shipped.

We recommend that you verify each item as listed on the invoice when it arrives. Please report any invoiced missing items. As an added convenience to our customers, we provide window to report missing products if you are not available at the time of order delivery or if you have not verified the list at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to invoiced items.
